I had to spend 40 mins to explain why my paypal name doesn't match the registration name and  I was asked to provide the Photo ID. I had to prove I was not going to fraud them. I understand they might think an Asian face can't run this website. I don't how many customers they have arranged into this node so far but at the moment it's all good.
