FRH's frontend is using Hostbill which has less problem compared to WHMCS. Backend is Solusvm. They provide excellent 7x24 fast customer service. When I say their responses are fast, they are FAST. Their customer service is just as good as DigitalOcean and Linode.
Before 26/10/2013 Their KVM product is based in Denver data centre. After 26/10/2013, they are merged to Total Server Solutions. All nodes are in LA. Customers get a free upgrade on hardware. HDD is upgraded to SSD. The brand will be merged under WIRESIX brand.
